Senior Software Engineer (Comms & Docs)

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of our industry-leading claims engine. Because we are hiring across multiple high-impact teams, your specific placement will be aligned with your technical strengths and our current initiatives

• Communications & Documents (Sub-Team of Claims Management): Comms & docs are central to the insurance experience. • Designing schemas and performant queries for relational databases
• Prior experience using Ruby on Rails a plus
• Understanding of scalability challenges and performance of server-side code
• Designing and building APIs
• Prior professional experience using React
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Ability to manage tasks and to contribute towards multiple initiatives during a sprint
