What they need
- What you’ll own:
- A meaningful area end to end: a slice of the customer design experience, designer tooling, the iOS app, or a backend service
- AI-backed features: you’ll define how they behave, evaluate output quality, and iterate based on real customer impact
- Work across the 3D and Studio stack, the TypeScript graph, the PHP monolith, and the agent platform as the work requires
- What success looks like:
- In 90 days: you’ve ramped on the stack and shipped real improvements in your area
- In a year: you own an area of the platform, you’ve raised its quality and reliability, and you’re the person the team goes to for it
- Technologies we use:
- AI: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, an internal agent platform, and LLM tooling
- Web and mobile: React/TypeScript and a native iOS app in Swift
- Backend: PHP, Node/TypeScript, GraphQL, Python
- 3D and Studio: Python rendering, our in-house 3D toolchain (Lunes), floorplan and visualization tools
- Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Docker
- AI is a core part of how we build, and we’re investing heavily in it, well beyond using it to write code faster
- The team works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor and builds on our agent platform and LLM tooling
- We’re building an internal harness so agents can handle real engineering work, like error resolution, bug fixes, and feature enhancements, around the clock
- You’ll use AI intentionally, help push this forward, review output critically, and stay accountable for everything you ship- You’ve owned meaningful parts of a product or system in production
- You use AI tools as a real part of your engineering workflow and own the output
- Strong full-stack fundamentals. You understand how web, mobile, APIs, services, and databases fit together
- You ramp quickly and are comfortable with ambiguity and unfamiliar code
- Native iOS (Swift) experience
- 3D, graphics, or visualization experience
- Experience building AI or ML-backed product features
- Ecommerce or marketplace experience- An initial phone screen, followed by two to three rounds of interviews with the team to confirm technical skill, personal fit, and role alignment
