Senior Software Engineer (Front-end)

Your Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture: You will lead the architectural design and elevation of the future Proalpha Middleware platform. You will spearhead process optimization, implement advanced custom monitoring, and deploy specialized functionalities leveraging scalable containerized infrastructure.
• Adapter Engineering: You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—design, implementation, and maintenance—of complex standardized adapters for critical systems (WMS, webshops, CRM). This includes engineering highly secure, high-throughput data exchanges using advanced connectivity protocols and architecting sophisticated automated workflows via n8n.
• Operational Leadership: Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will guarantee the high availability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring of all enterprise integration pipelines.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: You will guide the team in evaluating and troubleshooting complex interface solutions, serving as the primary technical escalation point and mentoring junior team members.
• Innovation & DevOps: You will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and advanced CI/CD practices to accelerate project delivery and successfully execute the migration from legacy middleware systems.

Your Profile

• Education: A completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable formal qualification within the IT sector.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specialized, proven track record in enterprise system integration, API architecture, and middleware environments.
• Core Development: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with deep commercial experience in high-level programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, or Java). Practical experience building or integrating with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Vue.js.
• Integration & Connectivity: Authoritative knowledge of API architectures and secure data exchange. Extensive production experience with REST, SOAP, and FTP/SFTP/AS2. Proven expertise in broader integration standards such as GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and Message Brokering (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka). Demonstrated success designing complex orchestrations in n8n is highly advantageous.
• Database Technologies: Advanced command of SQL, complex query optimization, and extensive experience with relational data modeling for high-volume environments.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Deep, hands-on expertise with containerization architecture (Docker) and the advanced configuration, optimization, and management of automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar enterprise tools.
• Personal Competencies: A visionary approach to emerging technologies with the strategic ability to modernize existing stacks. Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable architectures. Strong leadership capabilities to balance high-level design with hands-on support.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced, business-fluent English (both written and verbal) is strictly required to lead technical discussions and negotiate solutions within a global corporate environment
