Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. You will be expected to solve high-impact technical challenges and contribute to the overall architecture and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high-quality, robust code that adheres to company standards.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
• Testing & Debugging: Create unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure optimal performance and stability of the applications.
• Technical Leadership: Stay updated on emerging technologies, provide technical leadership, and drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize and improve the software development lifecycle, focusing on automation and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale software systems.
• Proficiency in Languages: Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Go and Python (experience with both is a plus), as well as Java, C++, or similar.
• Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular, Django, or Spring Boot).
• Database Management: Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data structures, and algorithms.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an agile environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Go and Python programming. • Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and real-time data processing. • Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or data science
