Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack Development & AI Automation (T00030756)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly versatile Software Engineer with strong Fullstack development capabilities and a passion for AI-driven automation (AI SDLC). In this role, you will be part of a flexible engineering pool, working on both standard product features and advanced developer tooling. You will use your frontend and backend skills to design, build, and maintain robust web applications, internal developer portals, custom AI agents, and MCP servers. Your versatility will allow you to rotate seamlessly across squads—either delivering high-quality business features or building automation tools that accelerate our overall software delivery speed.

Job Description

• Core Fullstack Feature Delivery & Resource Rotation (50%)

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Fullstack web applications (responsive frontends, secure backend APIs, and microservices) to deliver business and product features.
  • Be ready to rotate and collaborate across different product squads to support business-critical deliveries, applying standard engineering practices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to SOLID principles, state management, and modern design patterns.
  • Integrate applications with databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging queues, and external APIs.
  • Participate in agile processes, manage codebases with Git, and support DevOps activities (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

• AI SDLC & Developer Experience (DevEx) Automation (50%)

  • Design, build, and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI agents to automate end-to-end SDLC workflows.
  • Build intuitive developer portals and dashboards (using React, TypeScript, etc.) to help engineering teams interact with internal AI agents and monitor productivity.
  • Research, implement, and orchestrate AI workflows to automate routine development tasks (e.g., requirement analysis, application design, automated QA test generation, PR description, and release notes).
  • Apply Prompt Engineering, Tool/Function Calling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
  • Act as a GenAI Champion within the squad you are currently rotated in—sharing best practices, helping teammates adopt AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor), and ensuring responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer / Software Engineer with a proven track record of delivering web applications.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React.js (or modern frontend frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, and state management.
• Backend Expertise: Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching systems.
• Experience with DevOps essentials: Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• High adaptability and a growth mindset—comfortable rotating across different business-facing squads and tooling projects.
• Practical experience or strong interest in GenAI technologies: calling LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, Function/Tool Calling, or RAG concepts.
• Experience developing or customizing MCP servers, custom CLI tools, IDE plugins, or GitHub Actions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI Coding Assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and how to configure them.
• Effective communication skills in English and Thai to collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience building and deploying VS Code Extensions, JetBrains Plugins, or CLI tools.
• Experience with enterprise message brokers (e.g., Kafka) or search engines (e.g., Elasticsearch).
• Experience participating in AI-driven automation or developer productivity projects.
