About Oversight
Oversight is an agentic AI platform for governance, risk, compliance, and audit. GRC teams describe the workflow they need and the platform builds it. No code, no engineering tickets, no six-month vendor implementation.
What we actually need
You have shipped real products inside real engineering teams. You have built with agentic AI, not just called an API once. You can run a workstream end to end and communicate clearly without being managed.
Requirements
- Production experience on a large engineering team, meaning shipped, maintained, and on-call, not prototypes
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI products: tool calling, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails
- Minimum 2 years of professional engineering experience if that experience is in the GCC or the United States. 4+ years otherwise.
- Strong written and verbal English (Arabic also preferred). You will write specs, not just code
- Project management capability: scope your own work, sequence it, flag blockers early, hit dates
Preferred
- Worked on a GRC, audit, risk, or regtech product
- Familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks
- Experience with data residency or sovereign hosting requirements
