Senior Software Engineer I- Python Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 5-8 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud services, workflow orchestration, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and TypeScript frameworks.
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using AWS messaging and streaming services.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop workflow automation and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and data teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.
• Contribute to scalable analytics and data integration solutions.

• Apply AI responsibly by validating outputs, understanding model limitations, and maintaining accountability for delivered solutions.
• Leverage AI for code generation, automated test creation, debugging, technical documentation, and design exploration.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows into business solutions where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
