Experience: 8-12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation suites for UI, API, and regression testing. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across products. Validate configuration-driven applications, ensuring correct behavior across multiple combinations, dependencies, and rules. Work closely with product owners and developers to understand configurations, logic flows, and business conditions. Identify gaps in test coverage and propose innovative test scenarios beyond standard requirements. Drive root cause analysis for defects and collaborate with engineering teams for quick resolution.

• Critical thinking on the requirement to perform testing for a given system Apply chaos engineering principle to assert robustness and resiliency of the system under test.

• AI intelligence to perform smart QA

• Performance Testing and Reporting

• Improve QA processes and contribute to framework enhancements for long-term maintainability. Participate in sprint ceremonies, estimation discussions, and release readiness reviews. Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices in automation and testing strategies.
