🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, .NET/C#, and SQL .
• Own features end-to-end, from estimation and implementation to testing and documentation.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to scalable solutions.
• Write maintainable, testable code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Build and deploy cloud services using AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3) .
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as CloudWatch .
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to deliver sprint commitments.
• Support and mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.

💡 What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant IT/software engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and .NET/C# .
• Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL , including performant queries and stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs .
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with Git and experience in CI/CD environments such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related computer discipline.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code .
• Exposure to Docker / ECS / Fargate .
• Experience with BPO, contact center, HR, or workforce management systems .
