Senior Software Engineer (International Mid Market)

• As we gain market share, we are increasing our upmarket product investment into Mid Market (MM). Our goal is to be able to win and retain larger and more complex restaurant and hospitality operators
• As part of this team’s mission you will get close to customers to fully understand the nuances of each of their unique needs, to ensure your contributions are making a meaningful impact to their business
• As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for delivering these features from start to finish, ensuring code quality, high technical architectural standards and high quality products
• Design, build and maintain high performing, flexible, and scalable solutions that help restaurants operate their business effectively
• Ship features end-to-end, from design through rollout, monitoring for success and iterating based on real-world use
• Be an awesome teammate who’s all in on collaboration and collective success
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders
• Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team
• Mentor less experienced engineers and up-level the team through design reviews, constructive feedback, and agent-assisted engineering practices

• A core of Java & Kotlin based backend services
• React SPAs leveraging Tailwind, GraphQL and Storybook
• Android app built in Java & Kotlin running in the restaurant
• Claude Code and similar AI agentic development tools as part of daily engineering
