Senior Software Engineer , IT HRMS Support

About the Role:

1. As the IT Senior Software Engineer - HR Systems, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our HR technology infrastructure.
2. To lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services to our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute IT strategies for HR systems, aligning with business objectives.
2. Manage the implementation and upgrades of HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, Workday, etc.).
3. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR system support.
4. Ensure the security and compliance of HR systems with relevant regulations.
5. Develop and manage IT budgets for HR systems.
6. To be team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address needs.
8. Oversee the development and maintenance of system documentation and training materials.
9. Manage all system change requests.
10. Ensure high system availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on HR systems .
• Excellent, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
• Excellent communication, presentation skills.
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
• ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
