Senior Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering team supporting large-scale applications and systems.

This opportunity is ideal for a strong backend or full-stack engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, developing APIs, working with cloud technologies, and solving complex technical challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software applications and user interfaces.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement engineering best practices.
• Develop applications and integrations supporting enterprise identity and access management capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript .
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs or GraphQL services.
• Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding, and application development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Integration experience with Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.

Important: Direct IAM experience is NOT required. We're primarily looking for a strong software engineer with solid development fundamentals and experience building enterprise applications.
