Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer. We care more about how you think, learn, and deliver than about the exact tools youve used. We want a great engineer who can take a problem from idea to production, design solid systems, and seamlessly learn whatever they dont already know. In this role, you will work end-to-end across our stack, partner closely with our Product team, and take ownership of meaningful initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, architect, and ship robust software from problem definition through to deployment.
• Problem Solving: Tackle hard, ambiguous problems and break them down into clear, shippable steps.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the backlog, ensuring business goals are successfully turned into the right technical solutions.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI coding tools in your daily workflow and help pioneer AI/LLM-powered features within our product.
• Quality Assurance: Take ownership of code quality and systematically tackle technical debtthrough tests, observability, refactors, code reviews, and deployments

• Technical Experience: You have 5+ years of experience building production software, with an emphasis on depth and impact. You possess strong experience with TypeScript and theNode.js ecosystem, as well as deep frontend experience using React and Next.js. You also bring solid backend architecture and scalability skills, including strong SQL/PostgreSQL experience working with large datasets
