Work on the cutting edge of AI coding systems, on your own schedule, and get paid for the engineering judgment you already have.
The AI systems changing how software gets built are trained and tested by real software engineers. The teams building them need engineers who can create difficult, realistic coding tasks, judge whether the AI's answers are correct and well designed, write the solution a professional would give, and explain clearly where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI coding systems. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions and test cases
</li>
<li>Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, architecture and design
</li>
<li>Review model reasoning and write clear technical explanations of the right approach
</li>
<li>Give detailed, evidence-based feedback on debugging and system design performance
</li>
</ul>
Why this is worth your time
<ul>
<li>Get paid $245–$280 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
</li>
<li>Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most software engineers will not have for years
</li>
<li>Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping software engineering, and the engineers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
</li>
<li>Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
</li>
</ul>
Who this is for
<ul>
<li>At least one year as a software engineer at a top technology company, including some experience within the past seven years
</li>
<li>Strong skills in system design, software architecture, debugging, algorithms and data structures
</li>
<li>Strong written English for explaining technical decisions
</li>
<li>No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
</li>
</ul>
Pay and details
<ul>
