Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,300 – $172,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce enterprise software solutions
• Lead technical execution of initiatives from design to deployment with a focus on quality and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements and determine implementation strategies
• Develop data-driven solutions for enhanced customer engagement and automated business processes
• Create and sustain integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise applications and cloud platforms
• Utilize modern software development practices to improve productivity and code quality
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices in software lifecycle

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering or application development experience specializing in enterprise solutions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies: Lightning Web Components, Apex, and declarative automation
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with customer engagement and data platforms
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Agile methodology
• Problem-solving and analytical skills across various applications and integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
