Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow) to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that improve service management, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements and fixes.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, testing activities, and production releases.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and operational needs.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
• Knowledge of API integrations, system design, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
