Senior Software Engineer (SSE) Application Support/Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of application support engineers to resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Design, develop, and implement efficient solutions for data migration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop custom applications using SQL queries.
• Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for database design, implementation, and maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• 9-16 years of experience in application support with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database management systems.
• Strong understanding of T-SQL programming language and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with database design principles, including normalization, denormalization, and indexing techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams or mentoring junior engineers.
