The company serves clients across financial services, manufacturing, retail, and enterprise sectors in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

Senior Software Engineer / Technical Consultant (Singapore)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and client-facing Technical Engineer to support our expansion in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver enterprise digital transformation projects, including BPM workflow systems, EIP platforms, CRM solutions, AI applications, and system integration initiatives.

This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and professional English proficiency for customer interaction and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Participate in enterprise software implementation projects.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Configure and customize BPM, EIP, and workflow management systems.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams in Taiwan and regional partners.
• Support system integration with third-party applications and cloud services.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Technical Consulting

• Gather business requirements from customers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

Customer Support

• Deliver user training and workshops.
• Provide post-implementation support.
• Act as primary technical contact for Singapore-based clients.
• Ensure project milestones and customer expectations are met.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or above in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Related disciplines

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Software Development
• System Integration
• Technical Consulting
• Business Application Implementation

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Enterprise Applications
• BPM Systems
• EIP Platforms
• CRM Solutions
• ERP Solutions
• HR Systems
