Senior Software Engineers | Python/TypeScript | AI Evaluation Project

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting 3-month Senior Engineer project opportunity starting immediately and are looking for qualified candidates in the US or Canada.

Project Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week
• Schedule: Minimum 4 hours per day, including 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PT)
• Start Date: Immediately
• Nature of Work: Designing and refining rubrics and evaluation criteria for preference data, reviewing and labelling data to a high-quality bar, building and maintaining pipelines and infrastructure, and documenting findings clearly for researchers and engineers.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Be currently based in the United States or Canada
• Have 5+ years of experience in Python, particularly building and maintaining pipelines and infrastructure, or experience with TypeScript / Go / JavaScript.
• Have experience navigating or contributing to large-scale codebases
• Have hands-on experience with preference data collection and/or rubric creation
• Have strong written communication skills , with the ability to distill technical work into clear, actionable summaries
