Senior Solution Advisor

Vistex Senior Solution Advisor is responsible for leading presales engagements by delivering tailored solution demonstrations, advising customers on business solutions, and driving alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. This role plays a key part in influencing sales outcomes through strong solution positioning and business value articulation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer-facing demos based on business requirements and use cases.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable solution strategies.
• Advise customers on best practices, solution capabilities, and business value.
• Support sales cycles through solution positioning and customer engagement.
• Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and executive discussions.
• Create and customize demos, presentations, and solution scenarios.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
• Build and maintain reusable demo content and presales best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
• Manage multiple presales opportunities and priorities effectively.
