Senior Solution Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Solution Analyst / Solution Analyst for eMPF platform development. This large-scale project involves numerous stakeholders and aims to enhance processes across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years' experience as a technical solution analyst
• Experience working on a large-scale transformation project
• Skilled in requirement gathering and documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL and basic programming is a bonus
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:

• Partner with users to diagnose core business challenges and design tailored analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to deliver products that align with business objectives.
• Analyse front-to-back application impacts and interpret requirements to identify value-creation opportunities.
• Support project management through planning and the creation of functional specifications and UAT documentation.
