Senior Solution Architect

Role Summary

Own the technical design, configuration, testing, implementation, and security compliance of the solution end to end, including hosting. Develop the implementation plan and data conversion plan, oversee ETL processes across dozens of source systems, and lead operational readiness through Go-Live and system stabilization.

Required Qualifications (Hard Requirements)

• 3+ years configuring and implementing cloud IT solutions for large-scale projects
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams for large-scale projects
• 3+ years of public sector experience delivering technical communication
• 3+ years managing projects with multiple stakeholders and system interfaces
• 3+ years of mainframe experience, including: extracting data from z/OS and storage systems using SMF data or specialized extractors; managing JCL members to process data on the mainframe; isolating batch job costs by job name/number to support accurate chargeback; and setting up or supporting hierarchical customer structures for invoicing

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with SAS and SAS MXG (Merrill's Expanded Guide) for usage-data ETL
• 2+ years evaluating IBM z/OS mainframe usage data (SMF, HSM, RMM Tape, DASD, ADABAS); working knowledge of JCL and Tivoli Usage and Accounting Manager (TUAM)
• 2+ years working within data center services and related technologies, including networking, telecommunications, cloud computing, and storage

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
