Role Overview

Building on the discovery work already completed, the Senior Solution Architect will lead the design of CCMP solution architecture that meet client business needs while aligning with OPS I+IT standards, policies, service specifications, and best practices.

Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise-wide platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows
• Experience architecting and implementing Azure-based enterprise solutions, including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.
• Demonstrated experience designing Enterprise - Integration Architectures and implementing scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems and platforms.
• Produce architecture deliverables including:
• Physical Architecture Diagrams
• Solution Architecture Documents
• Integration Architecture Specifications
• Security Architecture Designs
• Data Flow Diagrams
• Environment Architecture

Role and responsibilities.

• Provide Solution Architecture consulting services to support the design, development, implementation, and evolution of a common enterprise platform for regulatory programs, including permitting, licensing, compliance, and enforcement, across multiple businesses. The platform will be based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and integrated with other enterprise products and platforms.
• Lead the development of physical solution architectures for the enterprise-wide compliance and enforcement platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and technology modernization priorities. Define the structure and relationships among CRM solutions, including reusable components, quality-level metrics, software organization and layering, interfaces, limitations, and source-code requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of the Microsoft Dynamics technology stack and existing internal regulatory program solutions to identify out-of-the-box and reusable components, as well as required customizations and extensions, to support common business capabilities across multiple lines of business within a single enterprise platform.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Delivery Teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business-specific requirements across multiple lines of business into physical, reusable platform components, while defining the platform implementation roadmap and integration requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage CRM solutions within a large and distributed environment, monitoring the overall system and understanding the interactions between components at different levels of abstraction, while identifying system limitations and defining requirements for source code.
