Senior Solution Consultant (Presales)

About the role

Lead customer engagement from requirement gathering through solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentations. You will be responsible for understanding business and technical requirements, designing appropriate Cloud and Software solutions, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and supporting the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers, business users, and technical stakeholders
• Analyze customer business needs, existing environments, and technical constraints
• Design Cloud and Software solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives
• Define solution architecture, integration approach, implementation scope, and technical specifications
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, scope of work, and project assumptions
• Develop Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Bill of Materials (BoM), and effort estimations
• Present solutions, architectures, and technical recommendations to customers and stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, proof of concept (POC), and pilot activities
• Coordinate with technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams
• Support smooth handover to the Project Delivery and Support teams after project award

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Technology Solutions
• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Solutions, System Integration, Enterprise Software, or Digital Transformation projects
• Experience preparing technical proposals, BoQ/BoM, and solution presentations
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with Enterprise Software and System Integration
• Strong solution design and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities
