Senior Solution Engineer

Provide application and technical support to sales teams and customers. 2.优化系统解决方案并确保工程实施可行。

Optimize system solutions and ensure engineering feasibility. 3.根据市场需求推动新产品开发方向。

Provide guidance for new system product development based on market needs. 4.管理所属区域系统业务的利润与损益表现。

Manage regional systems P&L to drive business performance. 5.通过销售及客户中心推动系统业务发展。

Conduct and operate systems business through Sales and Customer Centers. 6.参与项目Go/No-Go决策。

Lead project Go/No-Go decisions. 7.审核价格和利润率并进行审批。

Review and approve pricing and margin proposals. 8.管理销售机会管道并定期组织业务回顾。

Manage the inquiry pipeline and lead regular business reviews. 9.确保合同管理和风险控制到位。

Ensure proper contract and risk management. 10.跟踪订单执行情况并确保按期交付。

Oversee order backlog and ensure timely delivery. 任职要求 | Qualifications： 1.硕士学历，工程相关专业背景。

Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. 2.具备至少3年应用工程、工程设计或研发经验。

Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, engineering, or R&D. 3.熟练使用AutoCAD，Inventor设计软件。

Proficient in AutoCAD ，Inventor design software. 4.具备三维建模能力及设计软件使用经验。

Skilled in 3D modeling and automated design tools. 5.具备流利的英语读写能力。

Fluent in written and reading English. 6.管道/基础设备等工程专业资质。 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
