Senior Solution Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead our solutions engineering team and work closely with customers to deliver customer-focused, cost-effective, and innovative TOYOTA mobility solutions. This role leads solution consulting and shapes our long-term solution strategy, driving customer success by aligning the right solutions to each customer's business needs.

Key responsibilities

1. Solution Consulting: Provide solution consulting and advisory by understanding each customer's business, proposing the right solutions with ROI & cost-saving.
2. System Implementation & Integration: Lead the delivery of TOYOTA mobility and software solutions and provide ongoing customer support, ensuring smooth implementation and integration within the expected timeline and budget.
3. Customer Requirement Management: Negotiate with customers and translate their business needs into system requirements, prioritize and collaborate with development team.
4. Team Leadership & Project Management: Create long-term solution strategy & plan and lead the solutions engineering team. Ensure solutions are delivered to meet customer expectations within the expected timeline and budget.

About you

• 8+ years of experience in consulting and system implementation/integration
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (GPA > 2.50)
• Experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in planning and driving PoC
• Knowledge of the logistics and mobility field is an advantage
• Experience implementing ERP / WMS / TMS is a plus
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of at least 600)
