Senior Solution Engineer - Nonprofits

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer - Nonprofits to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role partners closely with sales to uncover customer goals and translate them into compelling technical solutions that resonate with nonprofit organizations. You will lead discovery, shape tailored solution designs, and deliver demos that clearly connect technology capabilities to business value. The position also plays an important role in responding to RFPs and RFIs, developing thoughtful points of view, and supporting client conversations with confidence and industry insight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,330 – $151,550 annually

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze customer goals, aligning them with technology solutions
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations to secure technical wins
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs effectively
• Develop technical points of view based on industry insights
• Design innovative solutions tailored to the platform
• Present story-driven demos highlighting business value using AI tools
• Maintain strong relationships with the sales team and client contacts

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Administrator experience preferred
