Senior Solution Engineer - PLC

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales:

• Gather and clarify customer requirements to design basic system architectures.
• Verify TOR (Terms of Reference), perform requirement analysis, and develop Demo/PoC (Proof of Concept) solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and conduct cost estimations for FA (Factory Automation) parts.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal engineering support teams.

Project Management:

• Lead project execution from planning and execution to final closing.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, SI partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, provide regular reporting, and manage risks, issues, or change requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation, System Integration, Project Management, or Solution Design.

• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ISO/Project Development certificates.

• Expertise in one of the following technical areas:

  • Industrial Automation Specialist: Strong knowledge in PLC, Servo, and Inverter (Experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Keyence is specially considered).

• Experience in Turnkey projects, Infrastructure, Data Centers, BMS, or EMS.

• Experience managing alliances and subcontractors.

• Able to communicate effectively in English.

• Strong understanding of industrial systems, excellent coordination skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.

• Must have a valid driving license and be able to travel upcountry for site visits and commissioning.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
