Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect at RelyComply, you will own the client solution before it is built—analysing client systems, shaping requirements, and designing technical specifications that drive successful implementations. This high-impact, senior-level role is critical to delivering scalable, AI-driven compliance solutions that set the industry benchmark. You will bridge business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring every client solution is both innovative and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client systems, data, and processes to derive and shape technical requirements for compliance automation.
• Map customer requirements to RelyComply's platform capabilities, designing scalable, low-code solutions tailored to client needs.
• Write clear, detailed, and unambiguous technical specifications ready for engineering implementation.
• Lead technical feasibility reviews of new client proposals to ensure commitments are deliverable and aligned with platform strengths.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Own end-to-end solution design and delivery, from requirements gathering through to client onboarding and go-live.
• Drive continuous improvements in integration patterns, workflow automation, and technical documentation standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing, platform innovation, and best practice development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or technical consulting for SaaS or RegTech platforms.
• Proven expertise in technical specification writing and requirements engineering for enterprise clients.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platform design, API and integration architecture, and compliance automation (AML/KYC/KYB).
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CAMS, or similar.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries, especially financial services or insurance.
• Training or practical expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks, risk management, or process optimisation.

• Consistently deliver detailed, actionable technical specifications for client projects with minimal rework required.
• Lead solution designs that achieve high client satisfaction (target: 9/10 or higher) and reduce integration time-to-value.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of platform integration standards, low-code features, and technical best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
