该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Solutions Architect to drive our localized AI and Data architecture initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global AI & Data Engineering Lead, your primary mission in this Work Level 2B role is to architect and build the China deployment of the Magnum Ice Cream Data Lake. You will oversee the deployment of scalable, market-specific machine learning and data pipelines while managing a high-performing team consisting of an Analytics Engineer and a Solution Architect. By collaborating closely with both regional leaders and global stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between local business strategy, complex data science, and production-ready enterprise data products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Solutions Architect & Lead, you will: Localize the Global Architecture: Lead the technical implementation of the global Ice Cream Data Lake template for the China market. You will adapt and deploy the overarching architecture to meet specific local requirements without breaking global standardization. Team Leadership & Execution: Directly manage and mentor a specialized team (1 Analytics Engineer, 1 Solution Architect), guiding them through the complexities of translating global technical blueprints into localized, production-ready systems. Adapt AI & Data Solutions: Deploy and scale global machine learning pipelines and AI applications (including LLMs). You will be responsible for fine-tuning, customizing, and training these global models to solve specific, localized business challenges for the Magnum brand in China. Bridge Global Standards and Local Needs: Partner closely with regional business stakeholders to understand their data needs, ensuring the localized Data Lakehouse (Databricks, dbt, Fivetran) delivers tangible value while maintaining strict alignment with global data models and engineering standards. Manage Local Compliance & Security: Architect local integrations, serverless functions, and front-end interfaces while rigorously enforcing local data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., PIPL), and cross-border data compliance. Cross-Border Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical bridge between global engineering councils and local execution teams. You will negotiate technical trade-offs, manage local dependencies, and ensure the China implementation remains in sync with global roadmap updates. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

We are looking for a strategic thinker and experienced technical leader who excels at bridging the gap between global standards and local execution. You understand how to take a global architectural blueprint and successfully bring it to life in the China market, balancing corporate standardization with regional agility and compliance. Key Skills Global-to-Local Implementation: Proven track record of taking global data architectures, platforms, or templates and implementing them in a locally relevant way, specifically within the China market. Extensive Technical Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or advanced Data Science, with a history of delivering scalable enterprise data products. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and setting technical direction for a small, specialized team (e.g., Analytics Engineers, Solution Architects). Modern Data Stack Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, and modern data platforms—specifically our core stack of Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran. Local Compliance & Security: Strong understanding of China's specific data landscape, including local data privacy regulations (e.g., PIPL), cross-border data transfer protocols, and localized cloud infrastructure nuances. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as the primary translator between global engineering councils and local business leaders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) AI & LLM Integration: Experience adapting global AI initiatives or building localized LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG pipelines for the China market (using frameworks like LangChain). Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with local teams and EU-based global stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Food & Beverage data ecosystems.
