Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technology solutions that support Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time on-site role, based in Abroad, includes collaborating with consulting teams to understand business requirements, mapping processes, and translating them into scalable architectures. The role involves overseeing software development and integration activities, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with regulatory needs. The Senior Solutions Architect will conduct technical reviews, provide guidance to development teams, and work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve platforms and workflows. The position also requires documenting solution designs, managing technical risks, and contributing to strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture, with experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Candidates should possess consulting and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, and clear communication of technical concepts.
• Candidates should possess software development skills, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages, frameworks, and best practices.
• Candidates should possess integration skills, including working with APIs, middleware, and data exchange between heterogeneous systems.
• Candidates should possess business process understanding, with the ability to model, optimize, and align processes with technology solutions.
• Relevant experience in enterprise or SaaS platforms, preferably in services or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and mentoring junior team members is highly beneficial.
