Senior Solutions Architect

• Provide technical guidance to developers, supporting design decisions, code reviews and development quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to deliver improvements across existing systems.
• Evaluate technical challenges, recommend suitable approaches and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the integration, enhancement and ongoing reliability of software solutions.
• Share technical knowledge, mentor colleagues and encourage good software development practices.

What are you expected to bring?

• Extensive professional experience in software development, solution architecture or technical leadership.
• A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent recognised professional credentials. Candidates with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex business software solutions.
• A strong hands-on technical background, with the ability to contribute beyond architectural planning.
• Good understanding of software design principles, system integrations and modern development practices.
• Experience reviewing technical work, guiding developers and contributing to development standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to evaluate technical alternatives and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, quality-focused approach and the ability to take ownership of technical responsibilities.
