Senior Solutions Architect, Data Processing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Data Processing to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on advancing data processing solutions that accelerate database, ETL, and analytics workloads through GPU-enabled techniques.

You will work closely with technical experts, industry partners, and academic collaborators to improve performance for data-intensive applications and help shape the next generation of hardware, software, and programming models.

The position blends deep technical architecture expertise with hands-on problem solving, with a strong emphasis on CPU/GPU fundamentals, parallel programming, and scalable data systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Research and develop techniques to GPU-accelerate database, ETL, and data analytics applications
• Collaborate with technical experts to analyze and optimize data-intensive workloads
• Influence the design of next-generation hardware, software, and programming models
• Engage with industry and academia partners to enhance data processing capabilities using the company’s products

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant technology domain
• Fluency in C/C++ with a deep understanding of algorithms and software design
• Experience with low-level parallel programming, parallel programming experience preferred
• Expertise in CPU/GPU architecture fundamentals, especially memory subsystems
• Domain expertise in high-performance databases, ETL, and data analytics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
