Senior Solutions Architect Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the operational backbone supporting a technical solutions architecture function, with a focus on improving how requests are triaged, routed, and resolved.

The position will partner closely with technical sales leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen engagement models, reporting, and process discipline.

It is well suited for someone who can turn field feedback into scalable operational improvements that enhance planning, visibility, and execution across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200 – $194,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the operational toolkit and business requirements for the solutions architecture function
• Manage operational support requests, ensuring effective triage and resolution
• Streamline processes for engagement requests and automate manual workflows
• Document and operationalize the engagement model and handoff criteria
• Oversee reporting requirements and ensure data quality standards are met
• Assist leaders with capacity planning and business reviews to prioritize resources
• Translate field feedback into actionable operational improvements

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Solutions Architect, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Experience Operations
• Strong understanding of technical sales and SA engagement models
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for reporting and workflow improvement
• Structured problem-solving skills to manage ambiguous issues effectively
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with AI-native tools for custom reporting and data scenarios
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
