Senior Solutions Architect, Retail

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Retail to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

In this remote role, you will guide enterprise customers and partners in designing and scaling advanced AI solutions for retail use cases. You will focus on agentic and generative AI architectures, helping translate complex technical needs into practical reference designs, proofs of concept, and deployment guidance. This position partners closely with internal engineering teams and external software vendors to drive adoption, improve technical outcomes, and support real-world implementation at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Build complex agentic systems that enable multi-agent coordination and advanced planning.
• Develop enterprise agents and high-performance retrieval pipelines using multiple data sources.
• Optimize inference performance using AI infrastructure and GPU-accelerated frameworks.
• Create hands-on proofs of concept and reference architectures for generative AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with enterprise software vendors to integrate AI software into existing platforms.
• Work with internal teams to enhance software based on real-world feedback.
• Conduct technical workshops and architecture reviews for partner engineering teams.
• Create reusable documentation to help deploy agentic AI at scale.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or distributed AI systems.
• Strong programming and debugging experience in Python, C/C++, and Linux environments.
• Experience with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience building LLM and generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Ability to prototype AI applications and build scalable GPU-accelerated architectures.
