Senior Solutions Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support complex customer engagements and drive technical wins throughout the sales cycle. You will uncover customer needs, translate technical requirements into practical solution designs, and help prospects understand how the company's platform can fit into their environment. The position also plays an important role in responding to technical evaluations, removing implementation concerns, and advancing growth through consultative, customer-facing support.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $197,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify potential roadblocks and recommend technical solutions
• Conduct technical discovery to assess customer environments
• Design seamless integrations with customer technology stacks
• Address technical inquiries during RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Clarify complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels
• Support a broad library of integrations to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to support growth and customer service
• Manage multiple tasks effectively using project and account management skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field
• Ability to do basic scripting in Java, PHP, Ruby, or Perl
• Experience selling SaaS in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills for client relationship management
• Knowledge of IT monitoring tools or IT Operations
• Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
