Senior Solutions Consultant / Technical Sales Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant / Technical Sales Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will serve as a key technical sales partner, helping advance complex opportunities from discovery through close. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with deep solution knowledge to translate client needs into tailored, value-driven recommendations. You will work closely with sales teams and prospective customers to shape solutions, address technical concerns, and support successful deal execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,210 – $172,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to develop and close complex product opportunities
• Act as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process
• Conduct customer discovery and pre-sales consultations
• Design and deliver customized proposals and presentations
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Address technical objections throughout the sales lifecycle
• Consult on solution architecture and integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 10+ years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Strong understanding of complex financial products and technology solutions
• Proven consultative selling and customer-facing capabilities
• Ability to develop customized solutions and articulate business value
