Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Salary: Total package up to THB 100,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software, cloud, data, AI/ML, solution engineering, or a related technical field.
• Comfortable working in both technical and customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and system architecture.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to work with local enterprise clients.
• Curious, hands-on, adaptable, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, enterprise software sales cycles, or solution consulting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team in customer meetings, delivering technical demonstrations, gathering requirements, answering technical questions, and addressing security and system architecture concerns.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical solution designs and recommend suitable deployment approaches for each client.
• Work directly with customers during implementation to configure solutions, integrate systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities and validate technical feasibility against customer requirements.
• Act as the key link between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, sharing customer feedback and translating business needs into product improvements.
• Support customer onboarding, initial deployment, and early adoption to ensure a smooth implementation experience.
