Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements, showcasing the value of our enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, business development, and clients to understand their technical needs and craft customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Design and architect scalable, secure solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and VMware environments.
• Provide expert guidance on network architecture including computer networking concepts, Linux systems, Python scripting, and Bash (Unix shell) scripting to optimize client implementations.
• Support the sales cycle by creating detailed proposals, technical documentation, and conducting solution sales activities that facilitate deal closing.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of solutions within client ecosystems while maintaining high standards of customer support.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and conduct product demos that highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales engineering within a corporate or enterprise software environment with a focus on solution design and deal closing.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles, AWS cloud services, VMware virtualization technologies, Linux operating systems, and Azure cloud platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell), with the ability to automate tasks and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and designing tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful technical presentations and product demos that effectively communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on building lasting relationships through proactive support and technical expertise.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment processes, solution sales strategies, and business development within technology sectors.
