Senior Solutions Engineer - Major Accounts

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - Major Accounts to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor for major accounts, helping translate customer objectives into effective solution designs and compelling value stories. The position partners closely with sales and account leadership to assess opportunities, shape the technical sales process, and support the full customer lifecycle. It also requires collaboration across internal teams to share expertise, strengthen execution, and deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,500 – $222,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Articulate the company's product strategy and value proposition in alignment with customer objectives
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
• Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structure
• Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager
• Deliver world-class customer service throughout the customer life cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and expertise
• Serve as a technical expert for the company's cloud solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related industry experience
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with the company's solutions or similar industry solution deployment is a plus
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
