Senior Solutions Engineer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping prospects and customers understand how advanced networking and application delivery solutions can support their business goals. You will partner closely with sales and internal teams to shape solutions, demonstrate value, and guide opportunities through the technical evaluation process. The position blends customer-facing technical expertise with strategic influence across the sales cycle in a cloud-forward, DevOps-aware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,500 – $222,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Articulate the company's product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
• Mentor sales teams on the value of the company's solutions and their business drivers
• Assess opportunities and map out organizational structures for prospects
• Drive the sales process by identifying and engaging technical decision makers
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal resources to share best practices and insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in intelligent load balancing and application acceleration
• Experience with traffic management technologies such as Citrix, or other comparable solutions
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
