Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on technical solution selling and pre-sales engagement within cybersecurity, helping customers and channel partners understand how the company’s solutions address their business and security needs.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling demonstrations, tailored consultations, and technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical credibility with strong communication skills to support revenue growth, strengthen partner relationships, and influence successful solution adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to enhance technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
• Support channel partners with solution positioning and ongoing technical assistance
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
• Provide tailored technical consultation aligned with customer objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer and partner needs effectively
• Participate in regional reporting and contribute to technical sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• CISSP certification required
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Solution Engineering roles in cybersecurity environments
• Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and solution-selling skills
• Experience evaluating customer requirements and developing technical solutions
