Senior Solutions Engineer (SLED (West))

• Work with sales partner(s) to develop territory and account strategies and campaigns
• Understand customer requirements as they relate to security architectures across data center, cloud, and enterprise environments
• Track and document aspects of the sales cycle, including elements that are the primary responsibility of the Sales Engineer
• Lead proof of concept and proof of value engagements
• Prepare and lead technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
• Secure orders, guarantee product standards, and assure product delivery
• Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how they will be more cost-effective
• Participate actively within the greater technical team, sharing experience and best practices

• Global all hands and local town hall events- The ability to provide 1st-level technical support throughout the sales cycle. Initially the candidate will support the customer through to implementation; in the near future this candidate will be predominantly a pre-sales engineer
• Willingness to travel up to 50 percent
• Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies
• Demonstrable experience speaking to both small and large audiences
• Concise written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with both executives and technical audiences
• Demonstrable experience successfully selling to mid-size and large customers
• Basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, and notable malware and anti-malware solutions and techniques
• 7 or more years of experience in cyber security, preferably endpoint cyber defense
• Experience working in the field of computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing or red teaming, or incident response
