• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture across SmartBear’s testing portfolio
• Bring deep expertise in software testing, automation, QA practices, and enterprise development workflows
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and technical challenges
• Lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts
• Consult on modern testing strategies across the SDLC
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Continuously improve demo environments and reusable technical assets

• Benefits Package- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, QA Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong expertise in software testing, automation, quality assurance, and the SDLC
• Experience supporting SAP environments is highly desirable
• Excellent consultative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, CI/CD, or DevOps
• Experience delivering enterprise demonstrations and proof of concepts
