We love this restaurant, it burst onto the London scene and shows no signs of slowing down, in fact there are plans for a second site next year. This is an excellent role for someone looking to fast-track their progression to HC. The HC is super experienced, has so much to teach and will give you coaching in how to lead a team like no other. The restaurant here is big, and it is busy. There are several different offerings to oversee, including a busy events roster and you will support the HC to manage the entire operation. The management here is super collaborative so you’ll work on the menu together and there is loads of scope for input. There are multiple areas and offerings to oversee and there are also a couple of kitchens on site so you’ll be used to volume and unphased by working across a large building. Culture is super important to this business so it’s important to them that they find someone kind and empathetic as well as being used to volume and a creative force.
