Senior Sous Chef

Are you a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled individual to join our kitchen team at our stunning Menai Bridge restaurant situated overlooking the breath-taking Menai Straits.

Our restaurants are renowned for their great food, warm ambience and breath-taking views. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to create memorable dining experiences.

What you will be doing:

• As a Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and present fabulous dishes.
• You'll be responsible for the running of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring consistency and excellence in your culinary creations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all food safety legislation is adhered to.
• You will enjoy working as part of a team.
• You will be responsible for training and managing the teams performance.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role
• A genuine passion for cooking great food.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the kitchen team.
