Senior Spatial Designer — Brand Activation & Experiential

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Spatial Designer with a strong passion for creating memorable brand experiences through space.

You’ll work independently across brand activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, events and immersive experiences, translating strategy and creative concepts into compelling environments.

Working closely with Creative Directors, graphic designers, strategists, content teams and producers, you’ll be expected to bring a high level of craft, judgement and ownership from concept through to final delivery.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in spatial, experiential, exhibition, event, interior or environmental design, preferably within a creative or brand activation agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, spatial storytelling and successfully delivered physical experiences.
• Proven experience designing brand activations, exhibitions, events, pop-ups or other experience-led environments.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, visitor journey, scale, materials, lighting and environmental graphics.
• Ability to independently develop a project from initial concept through design development and production.
• Strong 3D visualisation and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Must be able to present concepts, spatial narratives and design solutions to internal team with clarity in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within fast-paced pitch and production timelines.
• Collaborative, curious and confident working independently within a multidisciplinary creative environment.
