Senior Specialist

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack .NET Developer with 2-4 years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable web applications using modern .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, leverage DevOps and Agile practices, and contribute throughout the entire SDLC. This role requires strong expertise in .NET, React/Angular, databases, CI/CD, and modern development tools, along with a passion for emerging technologies, including AI-driven development. The candidate will take ownership of deliverables, ensure application reliability and performance, and support continuous improvement through innovation, technical excellence, and mentoring of junior team members.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Understand business processes and translate functional needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Ensure application stability, performance, and availability through DevOps-driven development and support practices.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) following industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver solutions effectively and on time.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers on technical excellence, coding standards, and best practices.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable application platforms.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development using React/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.NET Core MVC (.NET), C#, and Entity Framework/Dapper.
• Strong expertise in relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab Runners, and JIRA.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows, including AI agents, task automation, tool/API orchestration, and AI-assisted software development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging technologies and industry trends.
