Information Technology Senior Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience : 6+ years

We're looking for an experienced Emirati to join a prestigious government entity and play a key role in establishing and strengthening its IT function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup of IT processes, governance, and operating procedures.
• Assist in establishing the IT function and service support model.
• Ensure IT operations align with DGE policies and internal standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business technology needs.
• Support day-to-day IT operations, system readiness, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Emirati
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or Diploma with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in IT Operations, IT Governance, or IT Function Setup .
• Familiarity with DGE policies is mandatory.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
