Role - Senior Specialist Regional CoE Development Programs & Leadership Development India – Development Programs
Entity - MAHLE Holding (India) Private Limited
Location - Chinchwad, Pune

Scope & Purpose
Drive MAHLE's business targets by enabling Key Talents by providing development opportunities in East Asia & India.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and promote regional Development Programs
• Understand and translate regional/local business targets and legal requirements into regional/local Development strategies applying the global Development standards
• Develop regional Development Programs applying the global Development standards in addition to the global Programs and manage these programs
• Select, contract, manage and monitor global providers
• Promote regional Development Programs in alignment with the global Development communication and support the promotion of global Development Programs in the region
• Define, maintain and track the regional/local Development Program budget

Consult stakeholders and enable interfaces

• Advise regional business functions on global and regional Development Programs. Enable regional/local Talent Development Experts to manage and HR Business Partners to consult business functions on Development Programs for Executives and Managers
• Manage the alignment with regional stakeholders
• Contribute to global and regional/local talent-related projects
• Utilize trends and foster continuous improvement
• Review and continuously improve existing regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the global Development standards
• Anticipate, analyze and utilize regional Learning and Development trends

Analyze data and create reports

• Monitor and analyze regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams and HR Business Partners
• Create reports on regional Development Programs for various stakeholders including Top Management

Your Experience and Qualification
Experience

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry
• Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted Development offers
• Solid experiences in steering international Talent Development projects, processes and standards
• Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels

Language Skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Secondary language skills are a plus

Minimum Requirement:

• Strong computer skills, including MS office Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
• Strong communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills: to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and manage conflict.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
